Council of Secondary Education-Mohali Punjab, a self-financial and non beneficial educational institute is designed to provide employment oriented training in various disciplines for the aspiring youth of India. Founded in 2/5/2008, the council of secondary education-Mohali is engaged in bringing the Private education sector standards.

CSE is following syllabus of NCERT/NIOS patter and boast number of Vocational courses such as automobile technology, electronics technology, library management, IT application, marketing and salesmanship, health care and beauty culture, food service and management, electrical technology, accounting and auditing, tourism and travel, finance and market management along with academic courses at Secondary and Senior Secondary level.
