The Honorable Supreme Court of India Expunge the all Orders against CSE Mohali Passed by Punjab & Haryana High Court.
The Honorable Punjab & Haryana High Court has Passed the interim orders to State of Punjab & Haryana in the Case of Ravish Kumar VS State of Punjab & others, Nancy Gupta VS state of Punjab & Others and also in Main case CIVIL WRITE PETITION No.15947 of 2010 and CIVIL WRITE PETITION No. 3651 of 2009 and directed that all educational and professional institutes located in state of Punjab & Haryana do not admit the students who have completed their 10+2 from Council of Secondary Education of Mohali.
For the relief, the Council of Secondary Education Mohali has filed the SLP No. 19939 of 2013 in Honorable Supreme Court of India. And Honorable Supreme Court of India has Expunge all those Remarks/Orders passed by Punjab & Haryana High Court in 2011.

Council of secondary education Mohali-Punjab provides high-quality of education in private sector
A well-known name, the CSE Mohali’ objective is to encourage literacy and also dedicated to work for the welfare of mankind without caste discrimination.
Objective of Council of secondary education Mohali is to promote literacy and research and to work for the welfare of mankind without distinction of caste creed of religion and also for the poor.
Aims & Objectives of Self financial organization Council of Secondary Education Mohali:
1. To propagate the idea of service to humanity by establishing and maintaining Homes, Dispensaries, Langars and schools for the blind, deaf and dumb etc.
2. To Plant the trees in the adjoining area of the school for the better environment of the school premises
3. To promote and propagate the case of literacy and welfare of society in general with special emphasis on education and health care of the underprivileged, poor children and women.

Flipped Learning turning Learning tradition on its head
Flipped learning is designed to offer innovative learning method that delivers instruction at home through interactive, teacher-created videos and moves “homework” to the classroom. This approach allows teachers to spend more time interacting with students instead of lecturing. This is also known as backwards classroom, reverse instruction, flipping the classroom and reverse teaching.
With flipped classroom teacher have more time to help students and explain difficult concepts and students can watch lectures online and works on problem sets with other students in class. My today’s post again focuses on the value of education. Because I strongly believe that education is the only paramount weapon that can decrease our levels of inequality, unemployment and lack.
If we really want to make positive change in our society then education is the only key for this. It is also added by Mandela that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. Going to school is about more than developing skills: it is also the path to peace.”
Developed countries are well flourished because they invest in education they identify the value of education. Education acquiesce jobs, entrepreneurs and a successful nation, one less dependent on government.
It is education that make a distinction between man and other creatures. Because of education we are able to utilize resources for the well-being and perfection of life.
It’s so true that democracy cannot succeed unless those who articulate their choice are prepared to choose wisely. The real safeguard of democracy, therefore, is education.”

Role of Private School is Vital
Private
schools are dynamic and agile. Private schools play a major role in recognizing
and fulfilling market need as compared to government school. Private school is
like of self-contained entities and self-referential.
Private
education is offered by a multiplicity of providers. Large no. of private
school has motive is to get profit, there is a lot of competition in market
between private institutes, although private schools such as Council of Secondary Education- Mohali do their best to provide a fruitful knowledge to their
students. Education is vital in helping to perk up lives and ensure that all people,
particularly women have control over their destiny.
If we are talking about at primary and lower
secondary level students who study in private school have to be awarded from new
technology, games using many resources in their childhood. One main question
arises and that is, why and how private school does better than public school. There
is no doubt, government teachers are better trained and better paid and school
fee is less for students as compared to private school. but the problem is in government
system, government teachers job type is permanent, that’s why, they are losing
focus on study of students, they get lazy, that’s the major reason of career of
students who study in government school get diminished, growth of students
stopped. Whereas private school’s fees more than public school, so private institute
attention to provide better knowledge and skills to survive in all type of
atmosphere.
Career
of any children depends upon their passion, if a student do study in private
school, but he/she puts their less efforts towards their study, whereas one
student study in government school, but he/she is dedicated towards their study
then obviously he will get success in his life, because what does matter that
is hard work, but the problem is he will not grow himself properly, because
proper guidance matters a lot. So due to this sometime a good, dedicated
student will not achieve a goal due to lack of guidance.
