3.      To promote and propagate the case of literacy and welfare of society in general with special emphasis on education and health care of the underprivileged, poor children and women.
4.      To assist, finance, support and/ or aid or help in education, medical treatment, vocational guidance and training of the underprivileged persons.
5.      To grant, pay or give scholarship, stipends prizes, rewards, allowances and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students with a view to help them in prosecuting their studies in schools, college, educational institutions, technical and medical institutions, art schools and other training, research, or educational works in India or abroad.
6.      To promote, organize, assist, administer, establish, support, maintain and/or grant aid to any person or institution or society or organization whatsoever having for its objects charitable purpose and to incur expenditure in connection therewith.
7.      To take over or other in o any agreement with, any charitable trust, existing school(s) properties, movable or immovable, with or without its liabilities and to carry on its activities as defined under the main objects.
8.      To receive moneys and donations, any type of financial assistance, from any individual institutions, trust corporate etc. to fulfill the aims and objects of the society.
9.      To supervise the schools run by the council or affiliated to the council of secondary education.

Flipped Learning turning Learning tradition on its head

Flipped learning is designed to offer innovative learning method that delivers instruction at home through interactive, teacher-created videos and moves “homework” to the classroom. This approach allows teachers to spend more time interacting with students instead of lecturing. This is also known as backwards classroom, reverse instruction, flipping the classroom and reverse teaching. 

With flipped classroom teacher have more time to help students and explain difficult concepts and students can watch lectures online and works on problem sets with other students in class. Role of Private School is Vital

 Private schools are dynamic and agile. Private schools play a major role in recognizing and fulfilling market need as compared to government school. Private school is like of self-contained entities and self-referential.

Private education is offered by a multiplicity of providers. Large no. of private school has motive is to get profit, there is a lot of competition in market between private institutes, although private schools such as  Council of Secondary Education- Mohali do their best to provide a fruitful knowledge to their students. Education is vital in helping to perk up lives and ensure that all people, particularly women have control over their destiny.

 If we are talking about at primary and lower secondary level students who study in private school have to be awarded from new technology, games using many resources in their childhood. One main question arises and that is, why and how private school does better than public school. There is no doubt, government teachers are better trained and better paid and school fee is less for students as compared to private school. but the problem is in government system, government teachers job type is permanent, that’s why, they are losing focus on study of students, they get lazy, that’s the major reason of career of students who study in government school get diminished, growth of students stopped. Whereas private school’s fees more than public school, so private institute attention to provide better knowledge and skills to survive in all type of atmosphere.

Career of any children depends upon their passion, if a student do study in private school, but he/she puts their less efforts towards their study, whereas one student study in government school, but he/she is dedicated towards their study then obviously he will get success in his life, because what does matter that is hard work, but the problem is he will not grow himself properly, because proper guidance matters a lot.
